Thank you for the gift of sleep Rachel! Our little girl hit the 4-month sleep regression hard, waking up every 1-2 hours upset, with no daytime nap routine and would only settle with milk or a car journey. So, when she turned six months old, as two extremely sleep deprived parents we knew we had to move her into her own room and start sleep training, but we had no idea where to start!

From our initial chat with Rachel, we felt supported, understood and most of all she gave us the confidence that we could help our baby learn to fall asleep herself, in her own room. Perhaps, with slight trepidation we began our journey… Rachel provided us with a personalised assessment based on our babies current feeding habits, bedroom routines, nap times and photos of our nursery and crib set up. She explained the plan very clearly, answered our questions and set us up on a mobile app that would help us to log naps, sleep times and comments for Rachel to track our progress and support us. She communicated with us every day before and after the scheduled nap and sleep times and couldn’t have been a better support throughout the entire process.

Yes, our baby cried at first, but this plan does not expect you to leave them alone until they are settled and asleep. Within a week our little girl was being put down and rolling over without a sound, it was truly amazing to be there watching as she learnt how to self soothe and fall asleep on her own without any sleep aids (apart from white noise, which has magical qualities!)

If you are struggling with getting your baby to sleep at whatever age, we can’t recommend Rachel enough. Put your trust in her and your baby and you won’t regret it. Thank you, Rachel!

We were not making any headway with our daughters sleep and a friend recommended we request a free 15min consultation with Rachel. Rachel made some suggestions to modify the order of our bed time routine I noticed immediate improvements like not needing to rock to sleep but we couldn’t crack the early wake ups and ended up giving in and co sleeping or feeding to sleep. I got back in contact with Rachel to see if she could help. As a paying client we completed a questionnaire about our daughters sleep, health and our routines. Rachel then took time out of her weekend to talk to us about the plan she had written up and answer any questions. From that point we felt like someone was in our corner. She was so responsive and supportive checking in to see how we were going and how each nap and sleep had gone. She was always checking the app to see exactly how my daughter was going. My daughter is now falling asleep in her cot and is independently resetting throughout the night. She went from contact napping or 20-30mins cot naps to being woken up after 1.5hrs.

Got back our Sanity !! Kudos to Rachel.

After months of being sleep deprived , my wife and I reached out to Rachel to help us with our 13 month old. Before seeking help Sia would wake up 3-4 times a night, had to be nursed to go back to sleep and was co-sleeping. We have had tried applying sleep techniques from various books with no luck and also apprehensive to try other programs as we were worried if it would make it worse.

The fact that Rachel came over to our place the first night to walk us through the program made it so much easy and put us at ease. She explained the program in detail and had a custom plan for Sia which we followed from day 2. She was regularly checking in on us and just a message away if we had any questions. Sia went from waking up 3-4 times to sleeping through the night in a couple of days.

We are so glad that we reached out to Rachel ! And can’t recommend her enough ! If you are struggling to get your little one to sleep then definitely reach out to Rachel. It only takes 10 days to change your life around :)
